Warm Line

Services

  • The warm line provides a confidential telephone support services to individuals who receive mental health/behavioral health services that are experiencing fear, sadness or loneliness.
  • The warm line is operated by Peer Specialists who are consumers of behavioral health services seven days a week from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • The goal of the program is provide supportive telephone conversations during evening hours to individuals that are not in a crisis situation.

Eligibility

  • Individuals with a mental health disorder.
  • No fee for services.
