Job Overview: Provide office-based program coordination that facilitates and fosters the day-to-day operations of ACT Team. The role of the ACT Coordinator is to perform office-based functions to support the positive operations, delivery of service, and outcomes of the ACT model for the team, individual served, natural supports, and other service providers. Execute and uphold The Guidance Center’s mission, vision, values, and strategic priorities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Organize, coordinate, and monitor operations of ACT Team
- Maintain accounting and budget records for consumer and Program Expenditure
- Provide direct support to Program Director and team members to ensure service coordination and collaboration.
- Provide Program receptionist activities that includes triaging calls to coordinate team service delivery to consumers and natural supports
- Focus and attend to the needs of office walk ins
Education and Experience:
- Persons with training as a Licensed Practical Nurse or who have worked as hospital unit program assistants or administrative support staff in mental health or health care settings.
