The Blended Case Manager (BCM) Supervisor will provide leadership, oversight, and guidance for the provision BCM services to at least 3 Blended Case Managers. The role of BCM Supervisor is application of regulatory requirements to assigned employees, monitor delivery of culturally competent, strength based, recovery, and trauma informed approaches in collaboration with Program Director, Program and Agency Policies. The BCM Supervisor will also provide BCM case management services to individuals who possess a serious mental health diagnosis in a reduced caseload capacity.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree in sociology, social work, psychology, gerontology, anthropology, history, criminal justice, theology, counseling, education, or be a registered nurse, and 5 years of mental health direct care experience, 2 of which shall include supervisor experience. Or, a bachelor’s degree in nursing and 3 years mental health direct care experience.
