Project RAPPORT is a free service available for all pregnant women and teens and their partners. Prevention services are available for youth. Project RAPPORT does not provide or refer for abortions.

Services for parenting adults are delivered through weekly home visits.

Parenting teens receive weekly visits at the school or home and monthly educational and peer support group activities.

Prevention services for youth may be delivered through individual or group sessions in the school or a community location.

Services are provided in Clearfield, Jefferson, Cameron, Elk, McKean and Potter Counties.
