Tips for a quality Telehealth experience

• • Video telehealth connection should be initiated at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment to ensure your equipment is working properly
  • Be in a private area where you will not be interrupted
  • Have your camera and sound turned on
  • Avoid any distracting noises
  • Participate as if you were in a face-to-face appointment
