
The Guidance Center has recently launched a new Client Portal, created to enhance how you access and manage your care.
What can you expect?
- By now you should have received an email or text message containing instructions on how to register for our Portal. Once registered, you will have the ability to sign forms and attend telehealth appointments through our dedicated Client Portal. Should you encounter any difficulties connecting, please reach out to your provider for assistance.
- During registration on the app, you will be prompted to select how you would like to receive appointment reminders: email, text, or call.

Tips for a quality telehealth experience:
- Video telehealth connection should be initiated at least 15 minutes prior to the appointment to ensure your equipment is working properly
- Be in a private area where you will not be interrupted
- Have your camera and sound turned on
- Avoid any distracting noises
- Participate as if you were in a face-to-face appointment
