Independent Living provides mentoring and life skills instruction to youth.

Early Intervention provides individual education activities, speech therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, hearing and vision services, Behavior Support services, Social Work services and nutritionist services for children ages birth -3 with a developmental delay.

Eligibility: Children under age 3 delayed by 25% of their age or who are at risk for developing delays.

Family Centers offer parent-child groups, family activities and educational workshops.

Children In The Middle is designed to help parents support their children through the process of separation, divorce, and custody determination.

Parents as Teachers is an early childhood program for families with children pre-natal through kindergarten entry, offering home visits, developmental screenings, resource connections, and group activities.

Eligibility: Families with children ages prenatal through Kindergarten entry

The Nurturing Parenting Program (NPP) provides guidance to parents with children from 6 –16 years old.

Eligibility: Families with children ages 6-16

Service area: McKean County

Truancy Mentor provided through the Nurturing Parenting Program (NPP) offers help to students with attendance concerns and provides these students with resources to motivate them to improve school attendance.

Eligibility: Families receiving NPP with children ages 6 or older and experiencing attendance issues

Service area: McKean County

Project RAPPORT offers pregnancy testing, childbirth and pre-natal education, and case management services for pregnant women and teens. Additional services for pregnant /parenting teens promote school attendance, self-esteem, healthy choices and future planning.

Eligibility: All pregnant women

Service area: McKean, Potter, Clearfield, Elk, Cameron, Jefferson Counties.
