Families with young children enjoyed two exciting FUN Groups hosted by The Guidance Center’s Parents as Teachers Program on Monday, July 20. These free group connections were designed for families with children from birth through kindergarten-entry age.
At Falls Creek Park, children had a great time creating patriotic-themed teddy bears, while families at Reynoldsville Park explored the fascinating world of bugs through hands-on activities and learning.
Parents as Teachers Group Connections are held monthly at various locations throughout McKean, Potter, Cameron, Elk, Clearfield, and Jefferson counties. These events provide families with opportunities to learn, connect, and have fun together.
Be sure to visit The Guidance Center website or follow the Parents as Teachers Facebook page for information about upcoming events. All activities are FREE and lots of FUN!
