The Incredible Years Workshop is a free evidence-based service that is provided by a specially trained facilitator to parents and caregivers of children ages 2-8. This program is designed to deliver tools for parents to help their children deal with frustration, learn problem solving skills, avoid arguments or power struggles, and more.
