This secure and convenient portal will allow you to:

  • Manage your appointments: View or cancel appointments with ease.
  • Access your documents: View and manage sign paperwork digitally.
  • Simplify billing: Handle payments quickly and efficiently.

What to Expect During Our Transition

As we roll out the new portal, we want to give you a heads-up about a few temporary changes:

  • Duplicate Reminders (Temporary): You might receive duplicate appointment reminders as we integrate the new system.
  • New Notifications Starting July 15th:Beginning July 15th, you’ll start receiving appointment notifications (via phone, email, or text) directly from the new portal.
  • Registration Invitation: This notification will include an email or text invitation to register for The Guidance Center portal. During registration, you’ll be able to choose your preferred reminder method (text, call, or email).
