Children and parents attending Kane Family Center’s Parent-Child Group: Birth to 5 were presented information on the importance of oral health care and keeping a healthy smile. Tanya Gayley, Dental Program Director, Keystone Rural Health Consortia attended the group as a special guest. She demonstrated how to brush and floss teeth. She also discussed the importance of healthy food and provided each child with a new toothbrush and a coloring book.
The Family Center also gave each family attending a fun children’s book about dental care.
