On Thursday, August 6 The Guidance Center’s Cameron County Family Center partnered with the Cameron County Fair to give local preschool-aged children a fun opportunity to showcase their creativity. During a special “Paint and Sip” event hosted by Parents as Teachers staff, children created unique works of art while enjoying juice and snacks. Their artwork was displayed throughout the fair for families and community members to enjoy, and each young artist received a ribbon in recognition of their participation.
