September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month.
This month the Guidance Center employees helped spread hope and positivity to people affected by suicide.
On September 10th, World Suicide Prevention Day, employees lit their candles in support of suicide prevention or remembering a lost loved one and survivors. If you know someone who is a survivor, lost their battle with suicide, or struggles with suicidal thoughts, light a candle this month, in honor of them.
If you or someone you know is in an emergency, call The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 800-273-TALK (8255) or call 911 immediately.
