Our version of “Employee of the Month” but instead we call it “The Great Coworker”, which also has the same acronym as The Guidance Center – TGC!
What is “The Great Coworker”?
A great coworker is very engaged with coworkers, clients, and their community. They are also highly committed to doing the best job they can along with being supportive of their coworkers. Additionally, they spend time and energy helping to create a respectful, fun, and overall positive working environment.
