On April 23rd, CARE for Children’s Family Leadership Group hosted its inaugural Transition Panel at the Bradford Area Public Library. Among the featured panelists was Melaena Nelson, the organization’s Supports Coordination (SC) Program Director, who shared valuable insights regarding SC services and TGC initiatives within the community.
