Mental Health Worker – Family Based Services *Sign-on Bonus

Family Based Services– Candidate to provide therapy to children and families in their homes, schools and community.

Education: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in a field of Human Services 
• One year of experience in a child-related service system 

Experience: 

• Working with children in a social service setting: 1 year (Preferred) 

Work Location: In person 

$2,500 Sign on Bonus is for qualifying positions. Must work full-time – 40 hours per week. The agreement will be reviewed and discussed upon hire.
