Job Overview: Provide outpatient therapy to students in an office and school environment with a focus on the Student Assistance Program (SAP) referral model and team. 

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:  

  • Will be required to act as a Mental Health Therapist in the school and outpatient clinic and will participate in any other therapeutic and agency activities assigned by the Outpatient School Based Director. 
  • Maintains regular contact with the parent/caregiver of each client. 
  • Responsible for documenting all clinical sessions and completion of various forms related to work assignments; including but not limited to intake evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes and discharge summaries in a comprehensive and timely manner.  
  • Participates in the collection of mental health information and student outcomes data to be used for monitoring the overall performance and effectiveness of services provided. 

  

Education & Experience:   

  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Education or
    Human Services 
  • Clinical license or license eligible
